Shrink-Out Smoke Vents - Dual Purpose Skylights

Triggered by temperature or fire, FM-approved Wasco Pyrodome® shrink-out heat and smoke vents with acrylic glazing provide dual-purpose skylighting and effective fire venting, heat suppression and loss prevention.

Shrink-out heat and smoke vents feature:

• Deck mount design for use with a variety of roofing materials; for pitched roof or flat roof applications
• Acrylic double domes designed to drop out in less than 5 minutes at 500°F when subjected to FM Fire Exposure Test Standard 4430
• Resistant to wind uplift in excess of 20 psf; will support live loads of 40 psf
• Acrylic glazing available in Clear or White
• Also available as curb mount unit (PSO-S) for installation on FM-Approved curb by others
• Deck mounted units available in 9" or 12" FM Approved models
• Optional copper cladding
• Optional exterior safety or security screens
